Phil is the lead pastor at GFC. A 1995 graduate of Elim Bible Institute in Lima, NY, he moved to Titusville in 1996. In 1997, Phil was ordained by Grace Fellowship Church and set in as the Youth Pastor. Pastor Phil has served in various roles at GFC, including as the worship leader for many years. In 2006 he was set in as the Lead Pastor at GFC and in 2011 was ordained through Elim Fellowship in Lima, NY. In 2023, Phil earned his Masters of Divinity from Regent University. Pastor Phil has a passion for truth and a desire to see many people come to Christ. His teachings are straight from Scripture, using humor and life stories to enhance his messages. Phil has been married to Alexa since 1997, and they have two beautiful young adult daughters, Eve and Sophia.
